The pump team are currently working tirelessly to keep our homes dry. Our hardworking volunteers have been working a 24 hour rota keeping an eye on water levels and turning on the pumps when needed to help prevent flooding.
We are in need of more volunteers from the village to join the rota so the workload can be shared out. Training will be given and you will be able to play your part in protecting the village and improving our resilience against flooding for years to come.
So many owe so much to this small group of fantastic volunteers and it would be great if we could boost their numbers!
