Information about Ulleskelf Wildlife Group

The Ulleskelf Wildlife Group has been established as a working group of Ulleskelf Parish Council in support of its biodiversity policy and has links with the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust through its Team Wilder programme.

The group exists to promote connectedness with nature and responsibility for it by delivery of projects with focus on wildlife habitat protection and development toward biodiversity gain in line with UK 2030 targets.

The group is membership-led and runs a varied programme of activities based on community priorities and results of local surveys. These will involve a variety of roles from project administration to field work.

Through involvement in the activities of the group, you will be directly contributing to local improvement and be a part of Yorkshire-wide efforts to help wildlife thrive.
